Neslihan Aydagül Mathieu is the Founder and Managing Director of Everose Strategies, and is based in the UAE. Neslihan is a natural communicator, moderator and researcher, and is a lifelong learner. She has an innate ability to communicate great ideas and motivate people to rally behind them. Neslihan is contagiously positive, empathetic and genuine, and has gained the trust of hundreds of business leaders on how to communicate over the course of more than two decades.
Her career in investment research started when she moved to Taiwan in 2003 to conduct industry research in the steel sector for a global publication. She then spent the next two decades producing, directing and managing country analysis projects in Southeast Asia and the GCC. Having lived in Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE, Neslihan has in-depth understanding of the regional economy and has used this knowledge in moderating multiple strategic round tables, interviewing ministers and heads of state, and advising governments and corporations on best practices in strategic communication and knowledge transfer. She has interviewed and advised over 5,000 C-level executives on strategic communication.
After Neslihan’s experience in publishing widened to include moderating high-level strategic round tables and hosting and planning events for multinational corporations, she experienced the transformation of communication styles triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic. This prompted her to found Everose Strategies, with the goal of serving organisations from a consultant’s perspective.
Neslihan holds a BS in Marketing Communications from Emerson College, Boston, and a Strategic Leadership Executive Management degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology focusing on global markets, artificial intelligence and sustainability strategies. Most recently she completed a Strategic Communications diploma programme from George Washington University, Washington DC.
Neslihan lives in the UAE with her husband and their dog.
